Office Administrator – Electrical Contracting company
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our growing electrical contracting business. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy keeping operations running smoothly, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do:
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
Schedule appointments and coordinate with field technicians
Invoice jobs, collect payments, and enter financial data accurately
Communicate with management and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Pull permits for various electrical jobs
Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records
Utilize QuickBooks Online, Excel, and Google Sheets for administrative tasks
Use Housecall Pro (experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train!)
