```Duties:```
- Perform diagnostic assessments and repairs on a variety of household appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, washers, and dryers. Direct experience with brands such as Kenmore, Whirlpool, Samsung, GE, LG, SpeedQueen, Maytag etc
- Use electrical and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and identify issues with appliances.
- Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to assist with repairs.
- Assemble and disassemble appliances as needed for repair or replacement of parts.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions about appliance repair.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, including parts used and services provided.
- Operate a box truck to transport tools, equipment, and replacement parts to job sites.
- Conduct field service visits to residential and commercial locations for appliance repair.
```Skills:```
-Knowledge of either refrigeration or laundry/kitchen appliances required.
- Strong electrical knowledge and ability to work with electrical systems safely.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals.
- Mechanical knowledge to disassemble, assemble, and repair appliances.
- Experience in HVAC systems is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to operate a box truck for transportation of tools and equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional manner.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a field service setting.
- Previous experience in appliance repair or equipment repair is preferred.
