Line Cook for Weekend Brunch Wanted for Busy and Fun Restaurant
We are a bustling restaurant that serves thoughtful and creative food and beverages and we are currently seeking a Line Cook to join our team. Our restaurant is always busy, but we have a lot of fun in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Work with the team to ensure that the kitchen is clean and organized at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a line cook in a fast-paced restaurant
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Positive attitude and a desire for growth
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings
