Head Bartender

Looking for a head bartender to work 4-5 nights per week. Weekdays and weekends. This is a small bar inside the Holiday Day Inn off Smokey Park Highway. Manage a staff no greater than 2, typically one bartender/server on any given evening unless the hotel occupancy requires more. Responsible for ordering beer and liquor once per week, scheduling, getting occupancy report from hotel staff, covering shifts as needed. Again, this is a small, low key bar that seats 40. So candidate must be able to serve and work independently or with others. Bartending and serving experience required, bar management a plus. We are a small, mellow staff and this opportunity allows the head bartender to make the atmosphere their own. Specials are encouraged. Cleanliness is mandatory and we have a dress code as well. Attendance is a must.
