Bartender Job Description
Twin Leaf Brewery is looking for a personable bartender to create a meaningful experience in our downtown taproom.
Responsibilities
Pour Twin Leaf beer and serve other beverages and snacks for bar patrons.
Interact with customers to complete transactions.
Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age.
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
Comply with all beverage regulations.
Must be ambitious, and willing to open and close alone and without management oversight. The taproom is yours to manage while on shift.
Willingness to pick up other team members shifts when needed.
Identify improvements in bartending processes.
Remain professional at all times.
Skills
Prior experience in a high-volume, fast-paced bar setting required.
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
Appreciation of good beer!
