As a Visual Merchandise Field Coordinator, you are the storyteller of that experience. You shape the atmosphere, set the mood, and bring our brand’s philosophy to life through inspiring visual presentations in our premium stores across The Netherlands.As a Visual Merchandise Field Coordinator, you’re the essential link between our brand, stores, and head office teams. Most of your time is spent in our premium stores across The Netherlands, turning visual merchandising guidelines into immersive, inspiring experiences. No two days are the same but you can expect to be hands-on, creative, and always dynamic. For 36–40 hours per week, you will:Implement and maintain inspiring product presentations in Rituals premium stores.Execute stunning window displays, merchandising layouts, and event set-ups for campaigns and limited collections.Build, guide and inspire store teams to elevate their visual merchandising expertise.Ensure the flawless execution of ambiance, lighting, store layouts and planogram compliance.This role involves weekly travel to stores across The Netherlands (4 days in-store, 1 day working from home). With Rituals' fast-paced growth, opportunities for international travel will arise — so flexibility and a sense of adventure are essential.
