Safety Manager (m/f/d)

Manage External Service Providers: Oversee and manage relationships with external service providers, including fire safety, labour safety, food safety, and pest control services.First point of contact for external inspections; for example labour inspection, NVWA and SKAL. Training & Development:Coordinate first aid training programs with external providers.Own the safety topics related to our training programs, to ensure all team members are equipped with the knowledge they need.Risk Inventory & Evaluation: ensuring our RI&E is always up to date and relevant for the whole NL organizationSafety Projects: Lead and drive innovation projects aimed at enhancing safety across our organization.Audits & Compliance:Own the auditing process for all hubs, including setting up, maintaining, and updating audit content in Airtable.Conduct audits, track actions, and ensure timely follow-ups to maintain compliance and safety standards.
