Graduate Programme - Branch Manager

Innovative and dynamic, our programme seamlessly blends theory and hands-on practice to sharpen your commercial, operational, financial, and managerial skills - preparing you to take the reins of your future branch. Launch date of our next cohort: April 1st, 2025 YOUR ROLE AT SIXT  You will lead and inspire your team to ensure exceptional customer experience and a high level of commitment from each member. You will be responsible for the integration, training and development of your team to drive improvement and success.   You will be responsible for managing sales targets and driving sales in your branch by driving actions to achieve quantitative and qualitative results. You will monitor the performance of your branch and propose solutions to improve results.   You will manage the fleet of your branch, optimising utilisation and managing cost while ensuring compliance with internal procedures. You will manage the budget of your branch and make suggestions on costs optimisation and operational excellence.  YOUR SKILLS COUNT Educational background and experience: you have graduated from a business school or university within the last two years and have some proven experience in sales and/or management.
