As a Marketing Partnership Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping and activating strategic marketing partnerships across DACH, Iberica and Asia. You’ll also have the exciting opportunity to set up global partnerships focusing on well-being, significantly impacting the Rituals brand.
Leveraging your marketing expertise, your primary goal is to establish and grow strategic Brand partnerships, corporate gifting, loyalty, and employee benefit programs. Beyond setting up these partnerships, you’ll execute powerful 360° marketing campaigns that keep Rituals top on mind for consumers and partners. For 40 hours per week, you will:Create and launch Brand partnerships that emphasize well-being and drive brand visibility for Rituals.Lead the acquisition and setup of B2B partnerships in your assigned regions.Collaborate closely with local and global partners to activate and expand partnerships.Support local Rituals’ B2B initiatives from a Head Office perspective, ensuring market alignment.Analyze partnership performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.Act as the center of expertise to the Local teams
