Manage works council and unions consultations to a successful conclusion.Conduct due diligence and data gathering activities, evaluate findings and assess risks.Undertake a side-by-side benefits/reward analysis (incl. bargaining agreements) and a create a proposal for alignment and harmonisation, as appropriate.Liaise with in-country external legal advisorsAssist in the development and delivery of communication materials, including any onboarding initiatives.First point of contact for contact for counterparts in seller’s business (CBRE)Operationalise all aspects of the People TSA.Liaise with other workstream leads to ensure timely completion of activities.
