Main duties;
Manages and coordinates all HR procedures;
Aligns tasks, questions and complaints with other departments;
Executes day to day Arbo tasks;
Is responsible for the recruitment process;
Conducts the personnel and salary administration;
Controls and analysis departmental costs on an ongoing basis;
Organizing and giving trainings to all team members;
Point of contact for all team members;
Preparing and participating Team member Info Meetings;
Joins projects or focus groups for the improvement of product and service;
Advisor for legal HR related issues (knowledge of Dutch labor legislation)
Works together with other departments;
