Description We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst I in WHITE PLAINS, New York. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining a high level of customer service. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity in the telecom industry.Responsibilities: Deliver excellent customer service while responding to IT support requests. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues effectively. Maintain a strong understanding of standard computer hardware, software, and networking concepts. Work independently and as part of a team to solve complex technical issues. Utilize Microsoft O365 admin, Active Directory, Teams, Office Suite, and Power Shell scripting to support technical infrastructure. Leverage skills in Configuration Management and Deskside Support to provide comprehensive IT solutions. Manage and maintain desktop hardware efficiently. Demonstrate a positive attitude and a willingness to learn continuously. Gain experience in IT Support/Technology field. Maintain a customer-focused approach when dealing with users and colleagues. Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Active Directory Strong knowledge of Computer Hardware Familiarity with Configuration Management processes Experience in Deskside Support Knowledge in Desktop Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance Excellent problem-solving skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work in a team environment Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong customer service orientation Relevant certification or degree in IT or related field would be a plus. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Willingness to keep up-to-date with the latest technological developments.
