This includes handling incoming calls for appointments, ensuring accurate scheduling for therapists, and promoting spa, salon, and fitness center services to expected guests. You will also accommodate guest and member requests, answer inquiries, and actively sell spa/salon services, retail products, and memberships. You will actively promote and upsell all spa/salon services. Excelling in guest interactions, you are expected to promptly address and resolve any issues that may arise. Flexibility and a collaborative mindset are crucial, as you will need to assist colleagues as needed, showcasing a strong team-oriented approach.
