The role is for a Benefits Coordinator, an integral part of our team, who will be responsible for various duties related to human resources, administration, and compliance.Responsibilities: Coordinate the use of ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for HR functions Support Benefit Functions, ensuring employees are informed and their benefits are managed effectively Clerical tasks such as scanning, filing, and copying Maintain Compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to HR and employment Utilize your skills in HR coordination to contribute to our team and serve our employees betterRequirements Understanding of Benefit Functions within the HR domain Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is desirable Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
