Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity in the retail industry, based in WHITE PLAINS, New York. The role is for an HR Coordinator who will be expected to handle a variety of responsibilities related to human resources and financial services. This position requires a skilled professional who is well-versed in ADP Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HRMS, and About Time, among other skills. Responsibilities: Manage ADP Financial Services operations including processing and tracking transactions Utilize ADP Workforce Now for HR management tasks including employee data management and benefits administration Handle Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATS) operations, ensuring seamless data transfer and communication Use Ceridian software for HR tasks such as payroll, benefits, and workforce management Manage HRMS (Human Resource Management System) to streamline HR functions Utilize 'About Time' software for effective time and attendance management Conduct thorough background checks to ensure compliance and security Oversee benefit functions, ensuring all employees receive their entitled benefits Handle compensation administration, ensuring fair and equitable pay across the organization Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in all HR operations. Requirements Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Experience with Ceridian and HRMS software Knowledge about Time software Ability to conduct Background Checks Experience in Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration Strong understanding of Compliance in the retail industry Experience in retail industry and HR coordination preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically Familiarity with employment law and HR best practices Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
