Personal care aide needed to assist RN in the daily care of a petite 42-year-old woman with Dravet Syndrome. Must have (1) a NYS drivers license, (2) a vehicle large enough to accommodate a gait trainer, (3) 5+ years of outstanding personal care experience and (4) availability Monday through Friday from approximately 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
