To put it simply we want our people to thrive and love the work they do.The Test Environment and Release Manager is responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of code, configuration, and infrastructure releases within the Rest Super (Rest) organisation. This also includes overseeing third-party vendor integrations, where Rest has significant dependencies on vendors like MUFG, TAL, and KPMG amongst others for Environment delivery (commissioning, Support and maintenance)  as well as Code and Configuration Release Management. Additionally, the manager is responsible for the coordination and management of Code Deployments and subsequent configuration and management of the Integrated Non-Production test environments that support development, testing, and deployment activities.This role demands close collaboration with both Rest's internal Technology, Operations Support and Business teams as well as  collaboration and management of external vendor teams to ensure adherence to best practices in Configuration and Release Management as well as Environment Management.A key responsibility of this role is to establish and maintain a governance framework for configuration deployment and release management.The role also involves monitoring and providing regular reports on the health of non-production environments, as well as managing the regular environment refresh cadence.
