Senior Cost Manager/Estimator - Infrastructure

As a Senior Cost Manager and Estimator, you will lead the delivery of cost management services across major infrastructure projects in NSW. Your role will ensure client objectives are met through accurate estimating, cost planning, and commercial oversight.Cost Management – Lead pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties, including cost estimates, procurement, and contract administrationFeasibility & Planning – Conduct feasibility studies and develop detailed cost plans to support project decision-makingTendering & Procurement – Manage tender processes, including pre-qualification, tender analysis, reporting, and contract documentationValuations & Reporting – Perform cost checks, valuations, and produce monthly post-contract cost reports for clientsClient Engagement – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, supporting business development initiatives
