We are looking for a full time, skilled tradesman who can handle all elements of residential and commercial property repairs and maintenance.
As a Lead Remodeler, you will be responsible for overseeing and/or executing all remodeling and repair/maintenance related tasks on our commercial and residential rental properties. You will lead small team of experienced Remodelers/carpenters and ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have extensive remodeling experience, strong leadership skills, excellent client rapport, and a commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
1) Minimum ten years of experience in remodelers/carpentry with a focus on high quality craftsmanship
2) Strong work ethic and attention to detail
3) Valid NYS Driver’s License with clean driving record
4) Reliable Transportation and Tools
5) Excellent Communication, Negotiation and Problem Solving Skills. Excellent Customer Service Skills
6) Ability to think critically and independently, handling problems with some degree of independence
7) Strong time management/efficiency skills- meaning an ability to coordinate projects and manage time in a manner that is efficient and organized
