I own and manage several rental properties in the Rochester area. I am looking for a motivated individual to join our maintenance team to help out with getting apartments ready for new tenants, as well as occasional renovations. We need someone that is a great painter, but can also help out from time to time with minor maintenance items. The position is full time Monday through Friday with occasional on call. We have competitive salary and offer benefits such as PTO, holidays, health benefits and 401K, as well as paid mileage. You would need your own transportation and valid drivers license.
