Help Wanted: Dairy Drying Facility Supervisor

Job Description:
We are a new company and do not have a presence online yet. We are seeking a motivated and mechanically inclined individual to join our new dairy drying facility. We manufacture milk powder for animal feed. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating milk dryers, supervising depackaging of materials, and managing multiple shifts of employees in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of milk dryers.
Supervise and coordinate activities of staff involved in the depackaging of materials.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage workflow and scheduling across two or three shifts.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues as needed.
Requirements:
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing setting; knowledge of dairy or food production is a plus.
Ability to work flexibly as the facility operates on multiple shifts.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
