Ziggy's Sports Bar, home of great food, good times, and Buffalo Bills fandom, is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house team. We’re looking for a responsible, motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee kitchen operations, including food prep, cooking, and service
Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control
Train, schedule, and supervise kitchen staff
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
Qualifications:
Previous kitchen management experience preferred
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume setting
Passion for great food and a positive attitude
