Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Line Cook with a passion for cooking and a strong desire to grow in a dynamic kitchen environment. As a Line Cook at Patron Saint, you will play a crucial role in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in a high-voluke restaurant, ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work station.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service.
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of line cook experience, preferably in a steakhouse or upscale dining environment.
Strong culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Passion for cooking and eagerness to grow professionally.
