Busy, Established restaurant in downtown Rochester, NY is seeking a creative Line Cook/Chef with proven Saute experience and ability to work cohesively within a small, high volume kitchen. We create fresh, innovative and palate tempting menu items. We use specifically sourced products, from local farm raised, organic-grass fed beef to seasonally available fresh vegetables grown locally. The right person will utilize his or her knowledge to create daily specials, and maintain the excellent standards that have kept us sought after as a destination spot of fusion cuisine for over 25 years.

Minimum of two years, verifiable experience required, with solid work/employment history. Part time to start, with Full time potential available. Nights and Weekends are a Must. Our kitchen is open six days a week from 5pm to 11pm. Generally our kitchen staff is in by 3pm or 4pm depending upon the day. Ability to work Sunday desired, but not required.

Reliable transportation is Required, Car Preferred. Highly Competitive Starting Hourly Wage. Wages increased based upon experience, longevity, and ability to work as a cohesive team member and proficiency in various station work.
