Line Cook

Set up line for service, heating of sauces, making starches, daily special, making soup of the day, some butchering, large batch cooking, helping out with caterings. Breaking down of line, clean up. Looking for someone to be able to saute' , I will train anyone who is interested in learning that has kitchen experience.
