As a Line Cook, we need someone who can multitask and communicate with our team in an effort to get the food out quickly while making sure the presentation is not compromised. A raise will be given within the first 3 months if you can demonstrate to us that you are qualified. You will work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.

Ensure all food handling and safety regulations are followed in the kitchen.

Have knowledge of gluten allergies.

Assist in menu planning by providing weekly specials.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items.

Operate kitchen equipment safely, including knives and other food preparation tools.

Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering food as needed.

Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.

Skills

Strong experience in food preparation and handling techniques.

Familiarity with restaurant kitchen environments and workflows.

Proficient knife skills for efficient food preparation.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a busy kitchen setting.

Excellent time management skills to ensure timely meal service.

Creativity in menu planning and presentation of dishes is a plus.
