Responsible for all piped systems in and on the grounds of our facilities. Completes routine plumbing and equipment maintenance, service and repair work independently with minimal direction. May assist with cross training other teammates on various skills inclusive of support for contractors onsite. Plumbing repairs and maintenance. PMs, repairs and maintenance of Hospital and related equipment. General building repairs.Salary Range:$20.33- $35.07 an hourThe referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.Auto req ID:14934BRJob Requirements:Education: High School or GED; or trade school or equivalent military trainingExperience: Five years performing preventive maintenance, inspection, repairs and installations of specialty related equipment and systems.License/Certification Required: Must have a valid New York State driver’s licenseCity of Rochester Plumbing license preferred.Skills: Blueprint reading, plumbing, general repairs, and troubleshooting.
