The appointment begins January 21, 2025 and ends May 11, 2025. This is a short-term position and will teach " EDE 443-1 - Designing the Future of Higher Education " for the Spring 2025 academic session.Course Description: This graduate seminar explores the future of higher education and what competencies will be critical to lead in the rapidly changing landscape of colleges and universities. We will explore key concepts such as design thinking, change management, and strategic planning while also exploring the key internal and external factors that are informing the change being driven from inside and outside of academia. Students will explore and reflect on skills needed to be future-ready for a career in higher education and adjacent industries.QualificationsApplicants must have a record of excellence in both teaching and practice. Experience with online instruction and Blackboard is desired.
