Description Hannah Savage with Robert Half is actively seeking a permanent Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk to become an integral part of a high performing team at a growing company in the Legal industry. Your responsibilities as the Accounts Payable Clerk will include matching, batching, and coding invoices, resolving A/P issues, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L, and processing checks. Manage customer service tasks for internal business partners
Assist with internal and external audits as needed
Support the AP/Finance Department by completing administrative tasks
Sort, register, scan, and store invoices, checks, and other documents
Open, sort, and deliver department mail on a daily basis
Carry out additional projects as required
Validate, record and send checks, including expediting special handling
Perform daily processes and controls correctly and punctually, ensuring company policies are followed
Carry out a full-cycle A/P

AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred
1+ years of experience in an A/P role preferred
Ability to work within spreadsheets and databases
Accounts Payable (AP) experience
Deep understanding of Manage Vendor Relationships
Coding Invoices experience
Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds
