DescriptionThe Global Project Management Office team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader for our Project Office for Engineering Services. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the successful delivery of complex engineering projects by providing strategic oversight, coordination, and leadership.Key job responsibilitiesKey job responsibilities Develop and implement program management strategies to achieve project objectives, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Coordinate a team of Project Manager and engineers, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure successful project execution. Establish and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and progress reports. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and goals, and ensure alignment with the organization’s objectives. Monitor project performance and take corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track and within budget. Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple projects, and provide timely solutions. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by optimizing project management processes and procedures. Manage customer and stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in engineering services to drive innovation and excellence. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $150,000/year in our highest geographic market.
