You are:    Concentric , Part of Accenture Song, is seeking a Senior Vice President, Account Director who will explore the impact of decisions beyond immediate business need and takes timely and suitable action. As an active member of the senior management team, they lead the way to advance the agency’s mission and business— identifying opportunities and turning them into realities.    The work:    Leadership

Leads the team in a manner that encourages, mentors, executes, and supports company ideals

Serves as advisor to Executive team on general pulse of the agency, communication trends, and employee concerns/ needs

Seemingly everywhere at once…able to maintain a strong presence across multiple teams

Serves as a mentor to account group and takes initiative to develop training and career progression mechanisms

Develops “best practice” documents, processes, and diagrams, that are shared across all teams

Ability to navigate crisis management as needed/ required

Leads from the front and is seen to be constantly developing innovative techniques and agency offerings for the betterment of all

Plays pivotal integration role to ensure consistent knowledge of agency services and appropriate application/ implementation of established best practices and offerings

Client engagement

In key meetings (for example, positioning workshops, planning sessions, strategic brainstorms) plays a seminal role, but will be largely absent from day-to-day management

Main client contacts are Group Leaders/ Franchise Heads/ Agency Relations

Known and respected among client teams; works to identify and plan for 3 to 5 year strategic opportunities for individual brands and the franchise in total

Maintains “expert” status with clients and drives new ideas and opportunities from the perspective of insights for key strategic meetings

Strong, professional presence that immediately puts clients at ease and wins their confidences

Communications

Possesses superior communication skills across the board

Presentation delivery to a few key individuals or to a large client team is a forte above all

Has that unique ability to communicate complicated ideas, data, and technologies through text and diagrams/images in a manner that everyone can understand

Brand, category, and customer knowledge

Not expected to be expert in all pharmaceutical categories but able to leverage and apply key learnings from many brands/ categories for the benefit of an individual brand

Drives towards getting out in front of our clients; preparing the team for new opportunities and building solid foundation of trust and credibility for future business; formal agency link between offices and business units; oversight of performance for all agency resources touching the business

Ensures that all agency teams maintain high quality work product and that teams consistently follow established processes/ guidelines for executing competitive agency offerings (for example, Brand Maps, differentiated brand positions, tactical brainstorms, and authoring of agency POVs)

Maintains strong relationships with strategic industry vendors who can be quickly employed in support of a team or brand

Business development

Responsible for growth of revenue

Continually seeking new business and organic growth opportunities

Consistently plays a leadership role in pitching new business, establishing new client relationships, and in boarding and defining/ developing new relationships

Financial responsibility

Champion for all internal financial processes and for teams being vigilant about project budgets and agency fees

Overall management of finances for business, staff, and resources within his/her scope of responsibility

Manages contract with Finance, ensures profitability and utilization is met
