Revolution X executes cycletrucking services for select clients. These services may include bulk delivery and setup services for clients in office buildings in Manhattan. We are seeking skilled professionals to execute show up and routes in a timely fashion; pedal safely a cycletruck; deliver boxes, bins, and bags to recipient addresses, including spreading out dozens of food items in office spaces after arrival on site; and document the route fulfillment process via a company app accessed on your own smartphone.
Applicants must:
-Report with a fully charged smart phone
-Communicate promptly while on the job
-Arrive to work on time and free from the influence of any drugs
-Anticipate, report, and help address issues which may compromise timely execution
-Conduct himself or herself professionally at all times
-Be physically fit for active work
-Embrace working outdoors in all conditions
-Act professional at all times
The gigs are issued on under a contractor relationship and typically unfold 1.5-2 hours per day between approximately 10:00 and noon. If you are interested in becoming part of the crew, provide the following details:
- a brief note regarding your interest in the gig
- your current resume
- two work references
Driver safety training (1-2 hours), submission of a W9, and participation on a "shadow" session on at least one route with a cycletrucker is required prior to becoming eligible for routes. You will be paid the regular rate for your shadow session.
