Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Hydro Jetting and Drain Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hydro jetting, drain cleaning, and plumbing services, possess strong technical skills, and demonstrate a dedication to providing exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine hydro jetting and camera inspections to ensure optimal functionality of sewer lines, storm drains, and plumbing systems.
Utilize jetting equipment to clear blockages, clean pipes, and restore proper flow.
Conduct drain cleaning using the appropriate tools and techniques to remove clogs effectively.
Diagnose plumbing issues, such as leaks, backups, or pipe damage, and recommend suitable repair solutions.
Operate plumbing tools and equipment safely and efficiently, including conducting routine camera inspections.
Take site photos of ongoing work, ensuring they are time-stamped, and provide detailed recommendations for end-of-day reporting. Submit these along with a summary of the day’s findings and suggestions.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on job sites.
Maintain accurate records of tasks performed, including materials used, time spent, and any findings.
Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
Must possess strong communication skills and effective time management.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years experience in hydro jetting, drain cleaning, or related plumbing services.
Ability to diagnose plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions.
Proficiency in using plumbing tools, camera inspection equipment, and jetting systems.
Attention to detail, especially when documenting work and providing recommendations.
Strong commitment to safety and adherence to regulations.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain findings clearly.
Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure efficient task completion.
Must have a smart phone. You will need to send time stamped photos for inspection reports at the end of each day, along with recommendations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
