Highly experience carpenter need it ASAP

I am looking for someone with at least 10 to15 years experience in residential framing/ home remodeling,, kitchen and bath, siding, windows and doors, must know how to read plans, must have car and tools, papers are a must, serious people only im not looking for helpers, contractors, if you have a side business do not reply i want some one full time, year round work, this is a serious position where you will be i charge of job sites, compensation to be discussed and all depends on experience, serious people only please or you will be ignored, do not send resume in this business resumes mean nothing its all about what you know,
