Downing Frames is a contemporary art framing studio specializing in the fabrication of handmade, museum quality frames. We are looking to add an EXPERIENCED woodworker to our talented woodshop team!
Hours are 9-5, Monday through Friday. This is a full time, W2 job. No part-time or cash employees. We participate in E-Verify and confirm all employees I-9 information.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Sanding wooded frames and frame parts.
Learning techniques for many parts of the frame building process
Creating hanging systems
