Production Studio seeks acrylic fabricator.
If you have experience with Acrylic/Plexi and are skilled, responsible, punctual, motivated, hardworking and dependable we would like you to join our team.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
Previous production experience with plastic/acrylic materials is a must.
Operate hand tools and equipment such as buffers and sanders to finish acrylic parts to customer specifications.
Cut acrylic parts using hand tools such as band saws and routers.
Use measuring tools to check contour of parts after cutting.
Great ability to follow plans and directions with little or no supervision.
Team player with leadership qualities
Problem solver with patience
Must be able to produce quality work effectively in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines.
Proficient with measuring tools, i.e. calipers, tape measures.
Dedication to projects through to completion. Focus on the job at hand, attention to detail, efficient time management and common sense are essential.
Installation experience required and mandatory.
Carpentry and/or woodworking experience is a plus.
Must have a flexible schedule as hours will vary. There will be late night and weekend work where you’ll be required. Our industry is not 9 -5.
Compensation: Hourly rate.
