Boutique MSP and IT consulting firm seeks a smart, reliable, client-facing Level II Systems Engineer.
We support small to mid-size financial services firms, legal offices, and other professional clients throughout NYC. This is a hands-on role that combines remote support with on-site visits—mostly in Manhattan. You’ll be part of a small, experienced team managing networks, servers, and cloud systems across multiple clients.
We offer a hybrid schedule with a mix of work-from-home and on-site client support.
You must:
Be comfortable supporting and designing Windows-based networks
Have excellent communication and time management skills
Be able to work independently and solve problems under pressure
Enjoy a fast-paced, multi-client environment (this is not a helpdesk job)
Required experience:
Microsoft Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, Group Policy
Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams)
Windows 10/11 and macOS desktop support
Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VPN)
Remote monitoring tools (NinjaOne, RMM, or similar)
Bonus points for:
Meraki, or Aruba networking
Hyper-V
Experience working at an MSP
Microsoft or CompTIA certifications
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Must pass a background check (financial and criminal).
