Position Summary: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic employee to join our team. This position will provide hands-on experience in assembling components for equipment, network support and technical customer support of our drowning prevention systems at commercial pool facilities around the country. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in troubleshooting, working with their hands, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting network connectivity and security.
· Provide technical support to customers, resolving Tier 1/2 issues promptly and effectively.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of our WAVE ecosystem, including hubs, wearables, accessories, and inter-connectivity.
· Utilize HubSpot and other ticketing tools to manage and track customer support requests.
· Schedule, manage all communication, deploy and train end user customers on our life safety systems via the phone and Google Meet.
· Document technical processes, solutions, and best practices.
Work with Production on assembly, shipping/ receiving, prepping components, provisioning, quality control, for life saving systems
· Support the IT team with operational tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
· Education, training, or experience as a network support technician or technical customer support representative.
· Basic knowledge of network infrastructure, connectivity, security, IP address, DHCP configuration, MAC address, and the ability to troubleshoot problems.
· Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent documentation, note taking, interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
· Highly motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude and sense of urgency.
· Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
· Experience with HubSpot, HubSpot ticketing systems, or similar is a plus.
