We are looking for in a dynamic, bubbly personality to fill a Full time Patient Care Coordinator/Front of House position in a busy, bustling, top Cosmetic Dermatology practice!
As the “face” of our office, and the first person our patients see as they walk through the door, this position is highly instrumental to our practice. The qualified candidate will be articulate, friendly, quickly adaptable to change, punctual and highly detail oriented. This role is perfect for recent undergraduates hoping to pursue a career in the Medical Field or who plan to go Medical School in the future. This role will provide a great, well rounded, view of the Cosmetic Dermatology industry for those who are interested.
Overview :
Must be pleasant, easy-going, and able to work under pressure with patients
Answer all incoming calls promptly and in a professional manner
Schedule appointments for new and returning patients.
Collect applicable patient balances, we are not in network with any insurance carriers!
Maintaining daily schedule and limiting patient wait time.
Requirements:
Biology Undergraduate coursework preferred.
A decent understanding of simple math.
Able to maintain a flexible schedule and strong work ethic.
Strong interest to provide excellent service.
Have a team player attitude, energetic, with outstanding organizational skill.
Ability to multi-task, work under stressful environment
