Kleanix Facility Service is a commercial facility service company. KFS is looking for a creative and innovative person with a strong sense of entrepreneurship to fill a sales account representative position . This full time position requires a self-motivated individual who has excellent and proven inside and outside sales skills and is able to meet and exceed monthly sales goals. Ideal candidate should have the ability to work independently .
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:.
Responsibilities include proactively selling janitorial and maintenance services to new prospects and generating new business utilizing outbound sales skills and techniques. Experience in making outbound dials to generate more business. Experience in prospecting and finding new, qualified business opportunities. Building relationships with key performance clients through in person meetings and phone/email interactions.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Strong ownership spirit and driven attitude to achieve sales goals
Proven inside and outside sales experience and strong history of success of exceeding revenue goals.
3-5 + years direct sales experience in a high volume outbound sales calls. Cold calling and prospecting experience with a short (1-3 calls) sales cycle
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven track record of exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals
Creative, analytical, smart, and passionate, as well as a problem solver and a team player.
Creating innovative solutions for achieving clients' performance objectives
OTHER JOB REQUIREMENT
Strong computer proficiency, specifically with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Solid attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
Must be self-motivated and exhibit excellent interpersonal skills
Must be flexible and able to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work with co-workers and anyone coming in contact with the company business
Must display a courteous and positive attitude
Must be punctual and able to perform work as and when required by the company

COMPENSATION AND PERKS:
Base salary $51,500 - $60,000 Annual salary (Based on experience) + monthly commissions
and residual income up to $165,000
