Popular rooftop / event space hosts a range of events, including social gatherings, plated dinners, buffets, cocktail parties, conferences, and more. As we continue to grow, we are looking to expand our sales team with a passionate and driven Events & Banquet Sales Associate.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated professional with at least one year of banquet or event sales experience to join our team. Familiarity with TripleSeat or similar event software is required.
Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming event inquiries
Generate and cultivate new leads
Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients
Create and deliver compelling event proposals and presentations
Conduct site visits and book events
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the venue and offerings
Maintain professional appearance standards
Participate in weekly sales meetings
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of banquet/event sales experience
Proficiency in TripleSeat or similar event software
Passion for sales and hospitality
outgoing friendly personality
Full-time, in-office position (no remote option)
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: base 65 + Commission and bonus
Two weeks of paid time off
(excluding major holidays)
