Pre-Licensing Course.com is a trusted provider of the NYS DMV approved 5-Hour Online Pre-Licensing Course and is a well-established fast paced business.
We are looking for a friendly, energetic Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.
Requirements:
Excellent computer proficiency, organizational and follow-up skills
Bilingual in English and Spanish is must
Strong sales and communications skills – oral and written
Great customer service
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to multitask
Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
Knowledge of Google Office Suite
3+ years of experience as an office assistant or related field
Professional and pleasant demeanor
Job Responsibilities:
Respond to email inquiries promptly and professionally, providing information about pre-licensing courses and addressing customer concerns.
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries related to our pre-licensing courses.
Utilize our website's admin tools to check and update course attendance records.
Proactively follow up with course participants to ensure a seamless experience and address any issues that may arise.
Collaborate with other team members to maintain a high standard of customer service.
Variety of other tasks as assigned
Salary:
We offer paid training at $16.00/hr (10-15 hours), salary is $21/hr.
Working hours are 8 am to 5 pm.
