OCHRE seeks a highly skilled and motivated sales representative based in our SoHo showroom, servicing walk in clients as well as conducting outside meetings and presentations. The primary focus of this position will be managing existing trade accounts, while generating new customers in New York City and the Northeast. The prospective hire must be detail and results oriented with a talent for developing client relationships and selling luxury design products. This role requires experience and knowledge in furniture and lighting combined with strong sales ability to grow business. Training will be provided along with competitive compensation including base salary, commission, health insurance, and paid vacation, 401k.

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Significant knowledge of "to-the-trade" high end lighting, furniture, and accessories
- 2+ years of successful sales experience in the high-end interiors industry
- Ability to manage an assigned sales territory and meet/exceed sales goals on a monthly basis
- Strong organizational and time management skills, including attention to detail.
- Must be well versed in Microsoft Office Software (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook). QuickBooks is a plus.
