Position Overview

We are hiring commission-only sales representatives with deep relationships in institutional finance. Your mission: penetrate top-tier investment firms and financial institutions, presenting our AI platform as a must-have tool for data-driven decision-making.

This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role with no cap on earnings. Ideal for seasoned professionals who thrive in performance-based environments and want to be part of the next wave of fintech disruption.

Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and engage institutional clients (hedge funds, asset managers, investment banks, and research teams)

Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to contract close

Deliver consultative, insight-driven presentations and demos of our AI-powered financial data platform

Collaborate with product and data science teams to customize solutions for client needs

Build and maintain a pipeline of high-value opportunities

Act as a trusted advisor, building long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders

Meet or exceed revenue targets through new business acquisition

Requirements

3+ years in B2B sales, ideally in financial data, SaaS, or fintech

Strong existing network within hedge funds, asset managers, or banks

Proven track record of closing complex, high-ticket deals

Deep understanding of the institutional investment landscape and workflows

Familiarity with financial data APIs, AI/ML applications in finance, and data-driven decision-making

Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Comfortable working on a commission-only basis (no base salary)
