About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Event Sales & Communications Manager to help grow bookings at our flexible event space in Wisconsin. You’ll respond to inquiries, meet virtually with potential clients, and guide them through the booking process. You'll also support improvements to our website and implement tools like Notion and Airtable to streamline communications, manage leads, and automate workflows. You will be working with other personnel in the NY Upper West side office as well as remote managers.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to and follow up with event leads
Conduct virtual consultations and close bookings
Write clear, professional client communications
Improve website messaging, forms, and usability to increase conversions
Set up and manage productivity tools (e.g. Notion, Airtable) for sales workflows
Document and explain tech processes to other team members
What We’re Looking For
Strong writing and communication skills
Experience in sales, events, hospitality, or customer service
Comfortable working remotely and independently managing communications
Technology Proficiency
High comfort level with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Forms)
Experience configuring and using tools like Notion, Airtable, or similar for project or CRM-style tracking
Ability to identify and implement automations using platforms like Zapier or Make.com
Quick learner with new software and capable of clearly explaining workflows to others
Familiarity with website platforms such as Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress
