We’re breaking records and expanding fast, and now we’re looking for a fearless Business Development Manager to represent Menchy in New York & New Jersey.
This is your chance to leverage the strength of a brand that opens doors. With Menchy behind you, you’ll have the tools, training, and territory to earn six figures by building face-to-face relationships with plumbers, adjusters, contractors, and insurance professionals. This isn’t a desk job — it’s an opportunity to take a respected name in restoration directly into the field, where hustle, drive, and resilience turn “no” into “yes.”
What You'll Do :
Build and maintain referral relationships with plumbers, contractors, insurance
brokers, and adjusters.
Prospect and contact new referral sources in your territory.
Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with referral partners.
Develop monthly marketing routes and consistent touchpoints.
Follow up on new leads generated from field activity.
Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals.
Promote our company and brand through in-person networking.
Complete weekly sales reports.
Who You Are :
3+ years in B2B sales, outside sales, business development, or insurance
restoration.
Proven track record in building and running a sales territory.
Able to connect with tradespeople and executives alike.
Comfortable working independently without micromanagement.
A college degree is preferred, but results matter more than formal education.
