Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The account executive will report directly to the VP and owners and will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with our brand values and drive success in the B2B wholesale channel.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to achieve revenue and profitability goals

Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, including setting goals, providing coaching and feedback, and conducting performance evaluations

Meet with buyers in our showroom, show samples, send meeting follow up, and manage orders through final delivery.

Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and business partners, including retail buyers, distributors, and wholesalers

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and to improve sales performance

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales programs and promotions, and make recommendations for improvement

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and collaboration on sales initiatives

Develop new business programs, follow up on orders, and manage all aspects of the wholesale sales business to our top wholesale customers.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing a high-performing sales team

Major plus: relationships with major apparel retailers and buying offices: Marmaxx, Ross, Burlington, CitiTrends and other department and specialty stores

Strong knowledge of the street fashion industry and trends

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key accounts and business partners

Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform sales strategies and decision-making

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals

Salary: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
