Position: Concierge (Union Position – Local 32BJ)
Hourly Rate: $29.77
Location: Luxury Condominium – Class A Building
We are seeking a professional and experienced Concierge to join our team at a high-end residential condominium. This is a Local 32BJ union position offering a competitive wage of $29.77 per hour, plus tips and a comprehensive benefits package, including:

Minimum Requirements:
Applicants must meet the following qualifications to be considered:
Prior concierge experience or relevant experience in a professional office or direct customer service setting
Must be fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with BuildingLink and other property management systems
Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Ability to lead by example, supervise colleagues, address issues professionally, and serve as a team leader
Must be physically fit, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with cleaning the lobby and exterior areas as needed
Must be flexible and available to cover additional shifts as required
