You need to be self motivated.

Able to post notices on doors with tape and take pictures of the notice posted on the property.
Able to use a laptop or computer and printer. Familiar with MS Word, Excel is a plus.
Dress for success and have the appropriate appearance.
Able to communicate successfully.
WE/US:
Provide YOU with a list of properties to visit on a daily or weekly basis
Provide YOU with notices to post on the doors of foreclosure properties
Provide YOU with payment at point of conversion [on conversion prospect makes a deposit or full payment toward service offered]
Allow you to be the liaison for US to each client you bring in.
Require YOU to meet clients for notary court filings when necessary.
Require YOU to when needed file documents and file with court in your County
Provide 24/7 Support
Provide training as needed
