This is primarily a remote position when it comes to training and working. There's no going into "the office", however obviously working with clients, you will be meeting with your clients in person regularly.
This is a sales strong position and not for anyone intimidated by being social, being on the phone all day, speaking to prospects, going on listing presentations and meetings, getting rejected, etc.
There is a "Learning Curve" to succeeding in real estate, typically at least a few years. It is our goal to minimize that learning curve for you with exact, specific instructions.
If you're willing to put in the hard work, you will succeed quickly.
Earnings should be expected to be in the 6 and 7 figures. If you don't have this expectation, there might be something wrong with your ambition and/or your understanding of the industry. We can discuss.
